Animators guide participants to engage the Laboratory of Discovery - learning from mini-lectures and theory-based experiments created to help you SEE the gifts in others, HEAR the value in their stories and suggestions, and lead sustainable CHANGE.
The Training Model is divided into three modules: see, hear and change. The first of the three modules, on seeing, aids leaders in identifying gifts in people and places hidden in plain view. The second module on hearing creates an environment where leaders develop the skill to listen deeply, and to value the stories of those from seemingly different backgrounds. The final module on change concludes with a call to action, known as the 3-Feet Challenge TM, which invites participants to apply practices of seeing and hearing that they have learned during the session, in their respective contexts, workplaces, homes, and the broader community.
Virtual Dialogues
Virtual Dialogues are built on the foundation of combining radical hospitality, interactive exercises, small-group discussion, large group reflection, and high-impact, theory-based mini lectures found in the signature Fearless Dialogues model. These 90-minute training sessions create space for participants to practice the skills of seeing gifts in people and places hidden in plain view and hearing value in the stories of those from seemingly different backgrounds. This hard work of seeing and hearing primes the pump for organic and sustained change within workplaces, homes, and communities at large.
